Nationwide Shipping
We proudly offer 'door-to-door' delivery services across the lower 48 states, and ship on a weekly basis. Ensuring that your treasured antique pieces reach their new home safely + efficiently. Our goal is to not only provide you with peace of mind and confidence when purchasing with us, but also a straightforward, streamlined process.
Furniture Zone Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are generally determined by your location and the size of the item(s) you purchase. Below are our standard zone shipping rates to give you a clear understanding of the costs. Please note, this is only a range, and actual rates may vary. We strive to provide fair costs to our clients while ensuring fair wages for our shipping providers.
- Zone 1: Local Delivery (Charleston, West Ashley, James Island, John's Island, Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan's Island) – $150 base rate
- Zone 2: Additional Areas of South Carolina – $250 base rate
- Zone 3: FL, GA, NC – $350 Base Rate
- Zone 4: AL, CT, DE, KY, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TN, VT, VA, DC, WV– $400 base rate
- Zone 5: AR, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, OK, TX, WI– $450 base rate
- Zone 6: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY– $600 base rate
Multiple Furniture Items:
For orders with multiple items, an additional charge of $100–$250 per piece will apply, depending on the shipping zone. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, so you’ll know the total cost before completing your purchase.
Oversized Furniture
Larger items, such as a large buffet or breakfront for example, may incur an oversized surcharge.
Additional Delivery Fees
The purchaser is responsible for any extra delivery fees, including those for ferry transport or other location-specific charges.
Oversized Non-Furniture Items:
Items such as large art, lamps, and mirrors may require shipping via courier or professional moving services to ensure safe delivery. Shipping options will be confirmed at checkout.
Small Items
Small items are shipped via standard carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with shipping costs calculated in real-time based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
Delivery Timeframes:
Shipping times vary based on location. We strive to deliver your items within 2-6 weeks, though some areas, particularly the West Coast and remote locations, may take a bit longer. We are committed to getting your antique pieces to you as quickly as possible and will update you if there's a significant delay.
Local Pick-Up:
We love local pick-ups! If you are in or near Charleston, SC, you can opt for local pick-up at checkout. Pick-ups can take place during Showroom Hours. If you need to schedule a pick-up outside of our standard operating hours, please email hello@shoppefound.com to schedule a time in advance.
Terms + conditions
No Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of our antique items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. We do our absolute best to share the authentic condition and character of each piece through imagery and condition notes. Please ensure that the item fits your space and meets all your needs before purchasing. We provide detailed photos and descriptions to help you make an informed decision.
Damage During Shipping:
We take great care in packing and shipping your items. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Order Holds:
We unfortunately cannot hold items from being sold without payment. To secure your favorite piece, we recommend completing your purchase promptly.
