Where are you located?

We are based in the heart of Downtown Charleston, SC. Our address is 109 Church St, Floor 2, Charleston, SC 29401.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we do! In addition to our online store, we have a beautiful showroom in downtown Charleston, SC, where you can see our curated pieces in person.

Do you ship?

Yes, absolutely. We ship smalls + furniture nationwide. Smalls are typically placed in the mail within the week they are purchased. Please reference our SHIPPING + TERMS page for processes regarding shipping furniture.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping typically ranges from $250-$800 for a single furniture item (like a chest of drawers). Larger pieces may cost more. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For more information, visit our Shipping page.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary, but we aim to deliver your item within 2-8 weeks. Sometimes we can ship sooner, but remote locations, especially on the West Coast, might take longer. We strive to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible!

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we love local pickups! Choose the "Local pick-up" option at checkout. Pickups are to be done during showroom hours. Please refer to our “About” page for showroom hours. If you need to schedule a pickup outside of these hours, please email us at hello@shoppefound.com. We have limited space, so please coordinate your pickup within 1 week of purchase. When picking up, please bring someone to assist, as our Showroom is on the second floor, and our staff cannot help with moving pieces. As an alternative, we also work closely with a local courier for local deliveries, if preferred.

Do you offer local delivery

We do work closely with a local courier and delivery service that we can coordinate on your behalf for local deliveries or within South Carolina.

Can you hold an item for me until I decide to buy it?

We do not hold items.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Please make sure the item fits your space and meets all approvals before purchasing. Please review all photos as we always strive to capture any age and wear. We are confident you will love your purchase!

What if there is an issue with delivery or a problem with my item?
